Welcome to Nina

You’re in. Here’s what happens next.

Three things get your blog running, and together they take about ten minutes. Your first drafts land in your CMS around day 14.

Your Nina onboarding timeline, from day 0 through ongoing monthly delivery

Your setup checklist

Work through these in order. CMS access is the one everything else waits on, so start there.

1

Give us CMS access You

This is the one that holds everything else up. Invite tech@trynina.co to your site so posts can be delivered straight into it. Pick your platform for the exact steps.

Never email us a password. Use your platform’s invite flow so access stays yours to revoke at any time.
2

Add us to Google Search Console You

Optional, but it is how your monthly report gets real numbers instead of estimates, and how we get your posts indexed faster. Open Search Console, pick your property, then open Settings, then Users and permissions, and add tech@trynina.co as a Full user. If you do not have Search Console set up yet, say so on your call and we will walk you through it.

Book your call You

Thirty minutes with the Nina team to review the keyword and topic plan we send you on day 2, and to settle your goals, your competitors and whether we publish for you or leave everything as drafts. It usually lands around day 5, and writing starts once it is done. Book your slot now so nothing waits on scheduling.

Who does what

So nothing sits in the gap between us.

Nina handles

  • Keyword and topic research for your market
  • Writing every post, on your schedule
  • Human editorial review before anything reaches you
  • Sourcing and optimizing images
  • Internal and external linking
  • Delivering finished posts into your CMS
  • A monthly performance report

We need from you

  • CMS access, so posts have somewhere to land
  • Approval of the keyword strategy in week one
  • A review pass on drafts, if you have chosen to publish them yourself
  • A heads-up when something changes: a launch, a rebrand, a new product

What your first 30 days look like

Dates are from the day your payment cleared.

Day 0
Your account is created and your strategist is assigned. You get a welcome email with your document links. Send us CMS access so nothing waits on it.
Day 1
Your strategist builds your keyword and topic plan. This is where adding us to Search Console starts paying off.
Day 2
Your strategy is delivered by email, and your three-day review window opens.
Day 5
Your strategy review call with the Nina team, so we can start writing.
Day 7
Writing begins. Your first five drafts enter production.
Day 14
Your first five drafts land in your CMS, and your five-day review window opens.
Day 19
Your next five drafts begin, building in the edits you have already made.
Day 26
Your second batch lands. You now have ten drafts, and another five-day review window opens.
Day 30
The rest of your monthly drafts arrive.
Every month after
Your full month of drafts arrives at the start of each month, with a report at month end showing the impact on your site.
