Nina Systems LLC (“Nina,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a Colorado limited liability company. This disclaimer applies to visitors of trynina.co (the “Site”) and to anyone considering or using Nina’s services. If you are a Nina client, your separate written agreement with Nina governs in the event of any conflict with this disclaimer.
1. What Nina Provides
Nina provides content drafting, workflow automation, and related marketing services. Content drafts, outlines, metadata, and other materials — including materials delivered to a client’s website or content management system via API or automated workflow — are provided as drafts for the client’s review and approval before publication.
Nina’s content services are AI-assisted. Drafts are produced using artificial intelligence tools with human review as part of the process. Because AI-assisted content may contain inaccuracies or require further editing, clients are responsible for reviewing all materials before publishing.
2. Client Responsibility for Published Content
Nina does not publish content on behalf of clients and does not act as the final editor of record. The client is solely responsible for all publication decisions. This includes responsibility for:
- Reviewing and approving all content for accuracy, completeness, tone, and brand fit before publication;
- Verifying any factual statements, claims, statistics, citations, links, and calls to action;
- Ensuring published content complies with applicable laws, platform rules, advertising standards, intellectual property rights, and any requirements to disclose the use of AI-assisted content; and
- Any content that is published, modified, approved, or distributed by the client or anyone acting on the client’s behalf.
3. No Warranties
Nina does not warrant that any content draft will be error-free, infringement-free, or suitable for publication without further review. Nina does not guarantee any particular outcome from the use of published content, including search rankings, traffic, leads, conversions, or business results.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nina disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.
4. Technical Issues
Nina is not responsible for formatting issues, publishing errors, plugin conflicts, API errors, integration failures, data loss, or other technical issues that arise on or through a client’s website, CMS, hosting environment, or third-party platforms.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nina shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages — including loss of revenue, profits, data, or business opportunity — arising out of or related to the use of this Site, Nina’s services, or any content draft, automation, API delivery, or publication workflow, even if Nina has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
6. No Professional Advice
Nothing on this Site, and no content draft or material provided by Nina, constitutes legal, tax, financial, medical, or other professional advice. Clients should consult qualified advisors before publishing content that may require specialized or regulatory review.
7. Changes to This Disclaimer
Nina may update this disclaimer from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Site after any update constitutes acknowledgment of the revised disclaimer.
