3. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We use cookies, pixels, tags, and similar technologies to operate the Site, understand usage, improve performance, enhance security, and support analytics and advertising activities. These technologies may include:
- Essential cookies needed for basic Site functionality
- Analytics cookies used to understand Site traffic and performance
- Advertising cookies or pixels used to measure campaigns and support advertising activities
- Security tools used to prevent spam and abusive form submissions
Because our Site is built on WordPress, certain cookies may also be used in connection with blog comments and other core site features. You can control cookies through your browser settings. We may also provide a cookie banner or consent tool where appropriate.

5. How We Share Information
We do not sell personal information for money.
We may share personal information in the following circumstances:
- With service providers and vendors that help us operate our Site and business, under appropriate contractual terms
- With business tools we use for lead management, communications, scheduling, analytics, security, and advertising
- With professional advisers, auditors, or legal authorities when needed
- In connection with a merger, sale, restructuring, financing, or transfer of all or part of our business
- When disclosure is necessary to comply with law, protect rights, investigate misuse, or respond to lawful requests
We may also share information with advertising and analytics partners in ways that could be treated as targeted advertising, sharing, or similar processing under applicable privacy laws, including Colorado law.
6. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. Our retention decisions are based on factors including:
- The nature of our relationship with you (e.g., a one-time inquiry versus an ongoing business relationship)
- Our need to maintain appropriate business records
- Legal, regulatory, or contractual obligations
- The resolution of disputes or enforcement of agreements
Because our retention needs vary depending on the context of the interaction, we do not apply a single fixed retention period across all data. When personal information is no longer needed for these purposes, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.
7. Your Choices
Email Communications
If you receive marketing emails from us, you may opt out at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in the email. You may still receive service-related or transactional communications, such as replies to your inquiry or appointment coordination messages.
Cookies and Tracking
You can manage cookies through your browser settings and, where available, through our cookie preferences tool. Note that disabling certain cookies may affect the functionality of the Site.
Blog Comments
You may choose not to submit comments on our blog. If you have submitted a comment and want it removed, please contact us using the information below.
8. Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information. For example, Colorado residents may have rights under the Colorado Privacy Act (CPA), which may include the right to:
- Access personal information we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate personal information
- Delete your personal information
- Obtain a portable copy of certain information
- Opt out of targeted advertising, the sale of personal data, or certain profiling activities
To submit a privacy-related request, please contact us at team@trynina.co. We will respond to verifiable requests within the timeframes required by applicable law.
To verify your identity before completing a request, we may ask you to confirm the email address associated with your interaction with us, or provide other reasonable identifying information. We will not require you to create an account to submit a request.
9. Do Not Track and Opt-Out Preference Signals
Some browsers and browser extensions transmit privacy preference signals, including opt-out preference signals recognized under state law (such as the Global Privacy Control, or GPC). Where required by applicable law, including Colorado law, we will recognize and honor such signals as valid opt-out requests for targeted advertising or the sale of personal data.
Because there is no uniform standard for all “Do Not Track” browser signals, the Site may not respond to all such signals beyond what is required by law.
10. Third-Party Sites and Services
Our Site may contain links to third-party websites or services, including our Google Calendar booking page. We do not control those third-party services, and this Privacy Policy does not apply to their practices. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you use.
11. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include:
- Transmission of data over encrypted connections (TLS/HTTPS) where supported
- Limiting access to personal information to personnel and service providers who need it for legitimate business purposes
- Using third-party service providers that maintain their own reasonable security programs
No system or method of transmission over the Internet is completely secure. While we work to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you have reason to believe that your interaction with us is no longer secure, please contact us immediately at team@trynina.co.
12. Children’s Privacy
Our Site is intended for a U.S. business audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 through the Site. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us at team@trynina.co and we will take steps to delete it.
13. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version on this page and update the Effective Date above. For material changes, we may also provide additional notice where appropriate. Your continued use of the Site after any update constitutes your acknowledgment of the updated Privacy Policy.
