HighDef Studio is a retention and lifecycle consultancy founded by Steph Vrona. After a decade running marketing and retention systems for multi-location retail brands, Steph builds the systems that turn first-time shoppers into regulars, without discounts doing all the work.

The usual starting point is a loyalty program that launched without a long-term plan behind it. Customer data sits in the POS untouched while campaigns go out on a patchwork tech stack. HighDef audits the whole retention system, from loyalty and customer data to campaigns, POS and CRM, and puts a real number on what the gaps are costing. From there, clients either take the roadmap and run it with their own team, or have HighDef build the new system and train their team to own it.
